I pull espresso shot using this bean and use it for a macchiato or cap and it is absolutely delicious ! It is smooth with a nice fruitiness undertone. Def a memorable flavor profile for me
Ethiopian barrel aged coffe
I am a big fan of Ethiopian coffee. This one does not disappoint. It is smooth and buttery as you would expect and has wonderful chocolatey and raspberry undertones. I personally prefer light and medium roasts to dark roasts and if you have never tried a lighter roast I highly recommend that you do. This is a great coffee!
