Background
We directly import the coffees that make up our newest dark roast blend blend from our partners at Caficauca, a cooperative located in the world famous Cauca growing region and the people of Batak in Sumatra's Lintong region. We wanted to create a dark roast that was heavy bodied, intense in flavour yet has a mild sweetness and caramel like finish. The result is a dark roast coffee with notes of Dark Chocolate, Brown Sugar and Caramel.

Colombian Tejo review

Just served the first cups of Tejo today to friends. All four of us thought it was great although I’ll probably dial back my usual coffee to water ratio a bit. My wife prefers light roast (just dip the bean in the water and remove immediately), and I’m a fan of dark roast (like campfire coffee).
