Background
Our best selling espresso is comprised of coffees that are directly imported from our growing partners in Cauca, Colombia; Lintong, Sumatra and Minas Gerais, Brazil. Each component is carefully processed and selected for its ability to produce a flavour profile that is sweet, well balanced and has a excellent mouth feel. Predominate flavours of Chocolate and Toffee are present and accentuated in milk. Our suggested parameter is:
18 grams dry | 36 - 38 grams wet | 29 - 31 seconds total extraction time | 201 Degrees F

We discovered this coffee in Victoria at a harbour cafe and had to ask where the beans were from. They showed me the large bag and I googled the brand. Been ordering it ever since by Canada post and the service is great. It arrives in 4 to 5 days and the roast date is about a week old so it is nice and fresh.
