Our Organic Peru Cajamarca is produced by one of the leading cooperatives in all of Cajamarca which, is well known for being one of the nicest growing regions in all of Peru. Our growing partners are praised for their attention and focus on soil health, biodiversity and environmental action in the region allowing them to deliver consistent, sustainable coffees year after year. This years top lots are very flexible, delivering a complex flavour profile in a wide range of potential roast levels. Flavours such as citrus, cocoa, tropical nuts and apple can be used to describe this incredibly versatile coffee. This years crop is very good and has benefited greatly from increased inputs throughout the farming process after a year of record high coffee prices.
