Tea Sparrow Japanese Shizouka Grade Matcha Powder

For our ceremonial grade matcha, we sourced our matcha green tea from Shizouka, Kyoto Prefacture in Japan and stone ground it into a uniform, fine powder for perfect matcha preparation.

Ingredients:

Micro ground premium Shizouka green tea

Brewing Instructions:

Take a 12 oz mug and empty 9 grams of powder into the cup. Slowly add 4 oz of boiling water to the powder and gently agitate to help the powder dissolve ( approx. 2 min). While the tea is steeping, take 6 oz of milk and steam it to your best latte texture. Once done, pour the steamed milk onto the liquid tea concentrate and finish with your best latte art skills.
