Chinese Sencha

Don’t be put off if you’ve heard ‘vegetal’ and ‘Sencha’ in the same sentence, too many times! We feel you and while ours is just the slightest bit herbaceous, we can assure you that it is also nutty, delicate and sweet.

Sencha Tea

Instructions:

Steep 1 heaping tsp per 10 to 12 oz (1 mug) of almost boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Add 30 seconds for each additional brew.
