Hailing from the village that gave it its name, this heirloom cultivar is in the masterful hands of Mesfin Girma and his incredible team. After being carefully collected at his washing station, Mesfin guides it through a meticulous 120-hour fermentation before passing it to his close friend Biru Bekele for milling. The precision is unreal, and it shows in every cup.
