We have been enjoying tug 6 Beach cruiser for many years, but this latest order was a disappointment. It’s hard to get a strong espresso pour from this. It could be the grind or has the recipe blend changes? I hope you get back to the original blend we love!
Hi Janet, thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues with the latest batch.
We'll look into it with the team, but nothing has changed with the original blend you love.
Sending a note internally, so you should hear back from our team shortly.
We appreciate your loyalty over the years!
This is my first time purchased this product since they consolidated Crest Series so I hope it is as good as it used to be. For Crest Series, it is THE best coffee beans I ever purchased. I don't know how they made this product but it's very professionally crafted with the quality you get totally worth the cost. Plus, great customer service :)
Very smooth, no bitterness, rich taste. Great to wake up to in the morning!
Favorite beans, hands down.
