Colombian Tejo review

Just served the first cups of Tejo today to friends. All four of us thought it was great although Iâ€™ll probably dial back my usual coffee to water ratio a bit. My wife prefers light roast (just dip the bean in the water and remove immediately), and Iâ€™m a fan of dark roast (like campfire coffee).

Colombian Tejo review
