When selecting a bean that represents the birth place of coffee, it is a task that we take very seriously. We wanted to find a coffee that best showcases the complexity of flavours and diversity of process that is synonymous with this powerhouse African origin. Our Ethiopia coffee is roasted to a lighter profile to help accentuate its honeysuckle like sweetness, clarity of acidity and flavour notes reminiscent of fresh harvest stone fruit.
